Due to the substantial costs associated with AI computations, refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase. After this period, refunds cannot be processed.

Computational Resource Usage Policy

If you have utilized significant computational resources beyond our predefined usage threshold, refund eligibility is automatically forfeited, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.

Important Notice: Exceeding computational usage limits makes purchases non-refundable due to incurred processing costs.

Subscription Cancellation

Active subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with the following terms:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
  • No pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Access to premium features continues until period expires

Processing & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed with the following timeline:

  • 3-5 business days for verification and approval
  • Refunds issued to original payment method only
